"Very pathetic food and staff is even worse..found a bug in the food and when I showed it to the staff and the manager they threw away the bug and denied of any bugs presence. I had luckily clicked the pic before complaining the staff. When I entered the kitchen it was smelling foul. I had been ordering food from them for a long time but this pathetic service was totally unexpected. Tried getting in touch with the owner but he has so much that he just pushed it to the staff and even made silly excuses denying of any faults. "There are fake ratings everywhere. I ordered food through zomato from this restaurant and there was a dead fly in my biryani. The hygiene is pathetic! After asking them about this they told us that they do not cook biryani in their own shop. They have vendors from where they buy the biryani and simply heat and serve the customers. Never going to order again from them! Worst restaurant!"
